Milk title and cover

Latest title up on PubIt and KDP. Also, a probably more risque cover than I've used in the past. It's amazing what can be connoted with a few simple graphics. We'll see if Amazon or B&N have a problem with the cover. Since I don't have a backup plan for it right now, I hope it's accepted.
